Attention Seniors:
Reminders for Tuesday, May 16th
Be in the Auditorium by 8 am for graduation practice.
Bring your cap and gown (leave tassel at home for practice)
All fees, lunch balances, library fines, and other obligations must be taken care of by the end of lunch.
Make sure to fill out the Google form in the Senior Google Classroom if you are keeping your chromebook in order to use it post graduation.
Picture Perfect will be taking graduation pictures at graduation. If you want a picture , you must pay for the package at practice. We will have forms at practice or below is a link to the form.
If you plan to attend the Graduation Party, you must be at the high school no later than 9 pm.

2023 Graduation Update: Weather permitting, we are still planning to hold our graduation ceremony outside at Harrington-Jeffries Sports Complex @ 7pm on May 16th. We will continue to monitor the weather situation and provide additional updates.
CWCHS Awards Ceremony will be held in the Jr./Sr. High Auditorium tomorrow, May 11th at 10:15 a.m. (Doors will open at 9:45 a.m.)
WROY/WRUL will be broadcasting and live streaming the event.
Jr/Sr High Sights and Sounds is tonight at 7:00 P.M . in the Auditorium. Come check out all of the awesome things our music, art, and vocational classes have been doing!

The 9th Annual Physics Cardboard Boat Regatta was today!
The students learned about buoyancy using Archimedes Principle and all the boats floated!
Swag Award (best looking boat) went to Katelyn Niehaus, McKenzie Davis, Ebonie Hawkins, Bryson Moore and Layne Gwaltney for their dragon design.
Physics award (won the race) went to Ian Mosier, Gage Atteberry, Saylor Mason, Jessica Stephens, Tyler Goemaat and Joseph Gates. This team also won the Titanic Award for purposefully sinking their boat.
Team Spirit Award went to Warren Legg, Drax Aud and Bryce Conner.

CWCHS Baccalaureate will be on Sunday, May 14th at 6:00 p.m. in the auditorium. All participating seniors will need to arrive by 5:30 p.m.
CWCHS Graduation will be Tuesday, May 16th at 7:00 pm at HARRINGTON JEFFRIES FIELD. All seniors need to arrive no later than 6:30 p.m.
Senior Sunrise postponed and rescheduled for Wednesday (5/10)due to potential thunderstorms tomorrow morning.
Come out and support one of CWC's greatest traditions: the 58th Annual One Niter is tonight and tomorrow night at 7:30 pm! Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for students.

Congratulations to Audrey Upton and Bryson Moore who were crowned Queen and King at Prom on Friday night. Thank you to junior class sponsor, Mrs. Jordan, junior class officers, and many junior parents who made Prom and After-Prom a special night for everyone!

CWCHS Students will be participating in our annual TEEN CONFERENCE tomorrow, 4/21/23. Students will not need to bring any materials as they will be listening to various guest speakers and presenters. This is a required attendance day. Students who do not attend will not be admitted to Prom.
Prom 2023 will be held Friday, April 21st, at the Ribeyre Center in New Harmony. Doors will open at 5:00. All students should arrive by 5:45 pm. Students arriving later will not be admitted unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Family and friends will be admitted at 5:45 pm. Promenade will begin at 6 pm followed by the coronation. Dinner will be served at approximately 7:15 pm. Pictures will be available to order at the dance. Payment will be expected at that time. You can pick up picture forms in the office or online. Prom ends at 11:00 pm and tickets for After-Prom will be issued at that time. There will be a half-day early dismissal for students on Friday, April 21st for Teacher In-service. #BulldogPride
Our ACES team traveled to Eastern Illinois University for the state competition against public and private schools from all over the state. Although we didn't place as a team, Andrew Dodgson placed 3rd in Computer Science and Tyler Adams placed 4th!
The Ag Mechanics class attended a competition at SIC yesterday and took 2nd place overall with the following individual places:
