Attention CWCHS students and parents: Picture retakes will be Thursday, September 4th. Senior girls should wear a tank or cami under your shirt that you can easily pull the straps off the shoulder under the drape. For boys, white shirts are available, but you are welcome to wear your own. Tux jackets will be provided.

The Carmi-White County High School’s Back to School Night is tonight, from 5:00 – 6:30 p.m. (Come and go with faculty and staff in their classrooms.) This will run in conjunction with the CWCHS Fall Sports Recognition Night at 6:30 pm in the High School Gymnasium. All CWCHS fall athletic teams, band, and color guard members will be recognized. The CWCHS Lady Bulldog Volleyball team will be participating in a scrimmage. The entire community is invited to attend.

Dental Safari will be at our schools next week! Please see their schedule below. You may go online to register with Dental Safari at www.dentalsafaricompany.com or fill out forms in each school office and return. As a reminder, dental exams are required for Kindergarten, 2nd, 6th, and 9th grades before May 15th.

Jostens met with seniors and sophomores on Friday morning regarding caps andn gowns for seniors and class rings for sophomores. They were given packets with ordering options and prices.

Jostens will be back on Friday, August 22nd from 9 am through lunch to take orders.

We are so excited to kick off the 2025-26 school year! All CWCHS students and staff are encouraged to show their Bulldog Pride by wearing Maroon and White tomorrow for our first day of student attendance.

There will be a parent/player meeting for ALL CWCHS parents/players TONIGHT at 6:30 pm in the high school auditorium. This will be for ALL sports (fall, winter & spring). All CWCHS coaches will be in attendance to answer any questions.

Attention CWCHS Athletes! A new school year means another round of baseline concussion testing. This year, we have two days when student athletes may complete their baseline concussion test; August 11, 2025 and August 12th, 2025. There are two available times for athletes to come in on August 11th: 10am and 11am. There will be three times for athletes to come in on August 12th: 9am, 10am, and 11am. Athletes only need to come to ONE of the five times to complete the test. Testing will be completed in the auditorium. Please enter the building using the main back entrance. All athletes are required to bring their school Chromebook (charged) to complete the test. ALL athletes must complete this requirement prior to participating in their sport. Although some athletes do not participate in a fall sport, it is still required to complete the baseline test
